The support website

Submitting a bug report sends your email address, extension version, browser/operating system details, and message to the developer’s support inbox. These details are used to investigate your report and reply to you. No Suno login is required, and the form does not access your Suno account.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection. Cloudflare may process network and browser information to provide hosting, security, and bot checks. The server checks your IP address with Turnstile when you submit a report. The application does not store your report in a separate website database or add you to a mailing list.

Please do not include passwords, session tokens, cookies, or unsanitized network captures. Reports are kept in the support mailbox only as long as needed for support and issue history. To request deletion, contact daniel@vogelcodes.com.

The browser extension

The extension processes Suno authentication information, workspaces, playlists, track metadata, and audio required for its features. Session tokens, settings, library caches, and download history are stored locally in your browser. Authenticated requests go directly to Suno and its delivery services. Opening this support website or submitting a report is a separate action.

The extension does not send your session token or library to this website. The developer does not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Optional support links open third-party services, which have their own policies.
